Expropriation valuation This comprehensive valuation report is mostly required for Government, on the expropriation of private land or for the owner of the land, if requested. This report could end up in court, especially where a dispute arises between the buyer and the seller. The report must be market-related and depends on certain conditions and information. Each property and condition differs and must be studied individually and thoroughly before estimating the value of a property.
