ACI Property Valuers and Appraisers (Pty) Ltd is a valuation firm established in South Africa that provides property valuation services and consultation throughout Southern Africa.

A property valuation is a professional assessment of what your property is worth at a specific date, considering all relevant factors. A property valuer also provides advice on residential, commercial, industrial and rural real estate issues. Typical duties of a valuer may involve the inspection of properties, verification of planning regulations to see if changes to a property are allowed, researching the sales of properties and preparation of reports. When appointing a valuer, it is necessary to ensure that the valuer is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.

Property valuations can be divided into two categories, namely, immovable property valuations (fixed property) and movable property valuations.

In addition to the above, ACI has successfully completed numerous construction and construction project management projects. Furthermore, we have experience in architectural designs and our vast experience in architecture and the construction industry enables us to deliver a detailed, informative, knowledgeable and objective valuation report.

Although the main purpose of ACI is property valuations, we are able to assist property owners with construction project management and risk management (risk analysis, assessment and mitigation).
