Daniel de V Crous is the Managing Director of the company. He started his career in 1983, with a qualification in Architecture, and subsequently Building Management, Project Management, Real Estate (Property Valuation) and Auctioneering (South Africa and America). He is currently registered as a Professional Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, a member of the South African Institute of Valuers, an Appraiser for the Master of the High Court in terms of section 6 (1) of the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 (Act 66 of 1965), for the District of Pretoria and Auctioneer at the South Africa Institute of Auctioneers (RSA) and National Association of Auctioneers (USA).

  • Diploma Certificate: Bilingual English/Spanish Auctioneering (World Wide College of Auctioneering, Iowa, Masson City, USA)
  • Colonel in Auctioneering (World Wide College of Auctioneering, Iowa, Masson City, USA)
  • Diploma in Auctioneering (South Africa College of Auctioneering)
  • Project Management (PRO - RSA)
  • MBA (South Africa)
  • National Certificate Real Estate: NQF 5
